Optenni Lab version 1.4 released

Optenni Lab version 1.4 has been released. The new version contains e.g. the following new features and improvements:

  • An easy-to-use component library of commonly used inductors and capacitors from several manufacturers
  • Fast tolerance analysis, compatible also with the component library
  • A major update of the list of standard frequency ranges
  • Support for tunable S parameter blocks in the S2PMDIF data format, indexed by one or multiple variables
  • Estimation of the obtainable efficiency bandwidth through matching circuits with a predefined topology and tunable components

In addition, several smaller improvements and bug fixes were implemented.

Optenni Lab version 1.3 has been released. The new version contains e.g. the following new features and improvements:

Optenni Lab version 1.2 released

Optenni Lab version 1.2 has been released. The new version contains e.g. the following new features and improvements:
  • Specification of different matching targets for different frequency bands in matching circuit optimization
  • Specification of stop bands in matching circuit optimization
  • Tabular display of the performance of the optimized matching circuits
  • In addition to inductors and capacitors also resistors, transmission lines and 2-port S parameter blocks can be used in impedance matching
  • New matching circuit topologies using hierarchical parallel and series resonators
  • De-embedding the effect of a measurement cable
In addition, several smaller improvements were implemented.

Optenni Lab version 1.1 released

Optenni Lab version 1.1 has been released. The new version contains e.g. the following new features and improvements:
  • Calculation and visualization of the impedance trace (how the matching circuit transforms the impedance at one frequency)
  • Calculation of the system S parameters (S parameters of a multiport system when one of the ports has been terminated by a matching circuit)
  • Possibilities to save the plots in various image formats, saving the plot data in text format and saving matching circuit S parameters
  • Improved marker functionalities
