About Altair HyperWorks and FEKO

FEKO is a comprehensive computational electromagnetics code (CEM code) that is used widely in the telecommunications-, automobile- , space- and defence-industries. FEKO® offers several solution techniques (MoM, MLFMM, PO, GO Ray Launching, UTD and FEM) under a single licence. Hybridisation of these techniques enables the efficient analysis of a very broad spectrum of EM problems e.g. 3D antenna design, antenna placement on electrically large structures, microstrip-antennas, microstrip-circuits, EMC, biomedical and scattering. About ANSYS HFSS

ANSYS HFSS is the industry standard, 3D full-wave electromagnetic field solver.  HFSS is used throughout the industry to compute the electrical behavior of complex high-frequency and high-speed electronic components of arbitrary shape and user-defined material properties. With HFSS, engineers can extract parasitic parameters (S, Y, Z), visualize radiating 3D electromagnetic fields (near- and far-field) and generate Full-Wave SPICE models that link to circuit simulations.
